The property was put to auction last Tuesday and attracted 8 registered bidders.
The property is a diverse property capable of running as well as growing sugarcane.
'Tedlands" is 6 kms from Koumala and is watered by creeks with natural waterholes plus dams.
Structural improvements include the 3 bedroom homestead, 3 bedroom guest house, 2 bedroom guest house, sheds and cattle yards.
The property comprises 3,285 hectares and was offeredwith a droughtmaster herd and station plant.
Estimated carrying capacity of 2,400branded cattle.
