Monto Property Goes Under the Hammer10-Jul-2017

The Monto district property "Camelot" has been sold under the hammer for $7,450,000 when auctioned on the 5th July.
The 6,126 Ha  (15,137 acre) property was offered for auction by Charles & Marg Pollock and was sold to Paul Hatton & Sons of Eidsvold.
Lying some 47 kms from Monto the property comprises rich Burnett River flats running to sweet Ironbark country watered by River, creeks & 10 dams.
"Camelot" is improved with a low set homestead, quarters, stables and 3 sets of yards.
The auction was conducted by Mark Simpson of Ray White Biloela and had 11 registered bidders in the auction room.
